Shipping & Handling

Please allow for an additional 24 to 48 business hours processing time for all shipping methods before your item ships. Once your order is processed, a tracking email will be sent to the email address provided. We are unable to ship to PO boxes, or internationally at this time. Due to COVID-19 processing & shipping time may deviate from the typical time period.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or allow exchanges at this time.

Lost or Stolen Packages

In the event of your package being lost or stolen, once the order leaves Belle Cosmetics warehouse it is in the care of the postal handler. You must submit a claim directly with the courier following their guidelines. It is advised by USPS and Fedex to wait two weeks before assuming your package is lost. Please contact the customer service line of the courier if your package has failed to arrive after two weeks.

Orders

Once an order is submitted and confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please be sure to verify all pertinent information before finalizing your order. Belle Cosmetics fulfill orders at a rapid pace and it is not possible to edit an order or change order information after it has been submitted.
